Overview

  • M&M Foundations produces all concrete work (i.e. footings, walls, slabs, etc.) in ordinance with builder specs, and engineered protocols.

  • M&M Foundations will always aim for the highest quality in any job it undertakes, ensuring mutual satisfaction with its customers.

Walls

  • M&M offers a 1-year (all-inclusive) warranty on poured walls, covering cosmetic, functional, and structural aspects.
  • If all “standards” are met beyond 1 year, M&M provides a 10-year warranty for structural issues only.
  • Cosmetic repairs may be denied if the wall meets “standard quality” or better.
  • Leaking or passable moisture must be inspected by a third party (customer-paid) to determine the cause.
  • If M&M is responsible for leaks within the 1-year timeline, they will fix it at their own expense, given customer compliance with standards.
  • Waterproofing packages (10-year or 25-year) cover all related issues as per the package terms.
  • Any additions or removals post-completion will be billed additionally, with no liability on the original structure.

Flatwork

  • M&M offers a 1-year (all-inclusive) warranty on slabs and driveways, including cosmetic, functional, and structural aspects.
  • A 10-year structural warranty applies to slabs only if standards are met.
  • Driveways or sidewalks lose all warranties 5 years after the pour date.
  • M&M is not responsible for standing water on flatwork; pitch and water flow must be specified before pouring.
  • M&M is not liable for hairline cracks less than ¼”.

Standards for Walls

  • Walls must cure for 14 days before backfilling to maintain warranty and structural integrity.
  • Waterproofing can be applied 48 hours after wall stripping without affecting the warranty.
  • M&M provides a set pipe for plumbers, but all plumbing must be done by certified professionals.
  • Early backfilling or external machine trauma will void the warranty.

Standards for Slabs / Flatwork

  • Concrete must cure for 7 days to ensure load-bearing integrity and maintain warranty.
  • Excessive weight, machine trauma, or premature use will void the warranty.
